Legal Aid Clinic inaugurated on 26th November, 2009 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice J. Chelameswar, Chief Justice, Gauhati High Court. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjan Gogoi, and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Hrishikesh Roy were present as Guest of Honour.

Library


The College has a well - equipped library with nearly 5000 books, and in addition there is a series of All India Reporter (AIR), Supreme Court Cases (SCC), Banking Cases, Consumer Protection Judgements, GLJ, GLT, GLR, Supreme Law Today, Criminal Law Journal, IJLT, Student Bar Review etc. Journals numbering 1260. College subscribes for 18 Law Journals including Socio-Legal Review besides newspapers and magazines of general nature. Multiple copies of prescribed and the other useful books in the various subjects of study are made available to the students.

DIGITAL LIBRARY

The college has a well equipped digital library. The digital library is well stocked with various CDs that have audio visual presentation and law judgements of Supreme Court & all High Courts of India since 1950 in addition to Central Act & Rules. Both students and Staffs can access it online. Library remains open from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on all working days. It remains closed on Sundays and holidays.
