The Organisation
National Education Foundation (NEF) was founded in 1993 as a non-government minority organisation registered under Indian Trusts Act. It was formally inaugurated by Sri Golok Ch. Rajbangshi, the then Minister, Higher Education. Govt. of Assam.
NEF has been rendering exemplary services in the field of higher education in a short span of time with special emphasis on job-oriented professional courses in Management, Computer Application, Journalism and the like.
Since its establishment, it has been rendering its services with dedication for dissemination of education keeping pace with the changing trend in educational scenario. It is this NEF that stood as pioneer by introducing the professional courses in Management, Computer Application, Journalism and the like. pace with the changing trend in educational scenario. It is this NEF that stood as pioneer by introducing the course of BBA in the entire North East Region and was able to make the people aware of the new vistas in the educational field. In addition to the formal & non formal education the organization is engaged in academic and management researches, training etc.
