Dr. Pankaj Choudhury Mr. Pankaj Choudhury is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Law in NEF Law College Guwahati, Assam. After completing his LLB he worked for Bank of America as Credit Card Dispute Resolution Officer from 2004-2007. He is Global Award Winner for Visa and Master Card Guidelines. After completing his LL.M. in the year 2010 in Business Law he had served as a Research Officer in Common Cell of NLSIU, Bangalore. During his M.Phil. at CSLG, JNU, New Delhi, he was a Teaching Assistant for Prof. Dr. Jaivir Singh and was taking M.Phil. Classes on Topic: Economic Analysis of Law. He has completed his Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has attended various National and International Conferences and Published Articles in peer reviewed journals. He has authored few books and has also Edited Chapter books. He has published several Research Papers in National and International Journals and Chapter books and has also presented papers in various National-level and International-level Seminars and Conferences. He has successfully completed Induction/Orientation Programme of UGC, Refresher Course in Law of UGC and numerous Faculty Development Programmes in Law. He has been a Resource Person for Universitas International University Batam, Indonesia. He is associated with Friday Readings of JNU Chapter and discussed Phil Papers on Epistemology, Logic, Philosophy of Mind and Religion. His current area of interest includes Corporate Law, Law and Economics, Competition Policy, Regulations, Investment Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Arbitration, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
